C.1846 Ostrich Frame

The ostrich is a species of large bird native to certain large areas of Africa.

The prints are beautifully hand-colored french illustrations from the 1800s. Prints of this style were originally printed in black and white and then hand-painted over the top to give them bright vibrant colors.

• Mounted with a white conservation grade Daler Rowney mountboard.
